Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, all our products are exactly as shown in the images. However, since Ayurvedic products are made from natural herbs, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur without affecting their quality or effectiveness.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a digital invoice by email. You can also download your receipt anytime by logging into your account under the “My Orders” section.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used Ayurvedic consumables cannot be returned.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! Most of our Ayurvedic formulations are restocked regularly. If a product is unavailable, you can click “Notify Me” on the product page, and we’ll inform you as soon as it is back in stock.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship across India and selected international locations. Shipping availability and charges will be shown at checkout once you enter your address.
