Thank you for shopping with Meta Oz Nutra (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website metaoznutra.com, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our shipping process and to protect the interests of both parties.
1. General Information
While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, occasionally there may be discrepancies in stock counts. In the rare event that we cannot fulfill all your items, we will ship the available products and contact you to determine whether you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or receive a refund for the missing items.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unopened and in resalable condition with its original packaging.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and must arrange the return shipment yourself.
Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item(s). Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
If you encounter any issues with the product within 90 days of receiving your order, you can submit a warranty claim. In the case of a valid warranty claim:
- You will initially cover the return shipping cost, but we will reimburse you once the claim is processed successfully.
- After receiving the returned items, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, you can choose one of the following:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- In-store credit for a future purchase.
- A replacement item (if stock is available).
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipments
Domestic shipments generally take between 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
4.2 International Shipments
International orders typically take 4 to 22 days, depending on the destination and the chosen courier. You will receive an estimated delivery time at checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after payment is processed. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. During holidays, we take measures to minimize shipping delays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please notify us before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the address.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
For P.O. Box addresses, we only use postal services (USPS) for delivery. Courier services are not available for P.O. Boxes.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses via USPS. However, courier services do not deliver to military addresses.
4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the unavailable item(s) and ship the rest of your order.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order exceeds the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. This link will allow you to track your order through the courier’s system in real time.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged parcel:
- Refuse delivery of the damaged parcel if possible and contact our customer service team immediately.
- If the parcel is left at your address, please contact us to report the issue and receive further instructions.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been included in the price of the goods displayed on our website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, please refer to our returns policy for further guidance on cancellations.
9. Insurance
Insurance coverage for lost or damaged parcels is based on the declared value of the goods by the courier.
9.1 Damaged Parcel
If a parcel is damaged in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
9.2 Lost Parcel
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement once the courier has concluded their investigation.
